Infrastructure
Kemerton Industrial Park is supported by modern
infrastructure including two major highways for road transport, a
nearby deep water port and reliable gas and power
supplies.
Large supplies of natural gas are available at the park
through the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline, which is piped
south from the State’s abundant North West Shelf natural gas
reserves.
The park is serviced by modern telecommunications, and has
underground water available.
Power is supplied by the State’s power utility, and
is also available from private sources.
In addition to the substantial physical infrastructure,
the nearby City of Bunbury provides all the social infrastructure
necessary to support any major industry.
The City boasts a modern health and education system
– with public and private schools and hospitals and its own
university campus.
Bunbury has a thriving retail sector, rich arts and
entertainment facilities and modern sport and recreation
centres.
